Controlled and safe chlorine dioxide production


Chlorine dioxide is a very effective and proven disinfectant for drinking water, cooling water, swimming pool water and process water. It is characterised by its high disinfection capacity, kills baceria (e.g. legionella) and eliminates the biofilm in the pipework.

The chlorine dioxide production systems of the Aquacon WH series generate chlorine dioxide without pressure according the acid/sodium chlorite process. The production and dosage of the chlorine dioxide solution is microprocessor controlled and monitored by conductivity measurement and level sensors.

The systems are characterised by their large working reliability and their easy start-up procedure. A flow-proportional chlorine dioxide dosing and a monitoring of the chlorine dioxide concentration in the water by an external chlorine dioxide analyser assure a disinfection according the german drinking water regulations.
